Albert Atallah is Of Counsel to Atallah Law Group. Having conducted business around the world, Albert brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our team. His background includes over 30 years of work with publicly traded enterprises as well as in private practice. With extreme attention to detail and precise execution, Albert has been the architect of a multitude of international business and real estate transactions spanning several continents over the globe. In order to achieve success for his team, Albert leverages his background in international law, contracts, business and real estate transactions, negotiations, diplomacy, litigation, tax planning, and  regulatory compliance. Albert’s ability to adapt his skills, expertise, and knowledge to an ever changing business environment from North America to South America, Asia, and Europe has enabled him to achieve astounding results for shareholders, clients, and investors alike. He has also worked as the Vice President of Compliance and General Counsel for Thunderbird Resorts for twenty years, and was previously a partner at the California Law Firm of LaRocque, Wilson, Mitchell & Skola.

Albert received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Detroit School of Law, and an L.L.M. in Taxation from the University of San Diego School of Law. Albert is a tax specialist certified by the California Board of Legal Specialization and is licensed to practice before the U.S. District Courts of California and Michigan, the U.S. Tax Court, and the U.S. Supreme Court.
