President/Principal Attorney
Alfred D. Atallah is the President and Principal Attorney of Atallah Law Group. Mr. Atallah contributes a vast perspective to his clients by leveraging his experience in business, real estate, and generational family counseling to deliver practical solutions to each client’s needs. Mr. Atallah works closely with principals, entrepreneurs, and families to provide advisory services and solutions with respect to a wide array of business, real estate, and personal legal issues. Mr. Atallah's reputation is beyond reproach and with the firmly established credibility, his skills at analyzing any type of transaction or legal issue makes him an extremely valuable asset to the firm and his clients.
Prior to founding Atallah Law Group, Mr. Atallah worked extensively in a variety of business and real estate activities ranging from small, medium, and large organizations (both domestic and abroad), startups, investment property acquisitions & dispositions, leasing, finance, development and much more. During this time, he gained invaluable experience which enabled him to provide both a “business” and “legal” perspective when advising clients. Through his legal career, Mr. Atallah has represented public and private entities, entrepreneurs, individuals, family owned businesses, and foreign & non-profit organizations. Mr. Atallah assisted business entities with mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, contract formation and general counsel services. He leveraged his knowledge of business, real estate and law to provide individualized advising in regards to estate planning, investments, and wealth management. His cross disciplinary training gives him a unique perspective in the legal community, and the foundation of his practice is based on the conviction that he act as a true counselor and advisor to every client, with a focus on achieving the best possible outcome given any circumstance.
Mr. Atallah received his Bachelors of Business Administration and his Juris Doctor from The University of San Diego. Mr. Atallah resides in San Diego with his wife and three children. In his free time, he enjoys golf, traveling, and most of all, spending time with his family. One of his most cherished virtues is helping others, and working with his colleagues on various initiatives to help the underserved. He has served on the board of nonprofit organizations such as the YMCA, and CMSS (a San Diego based nonprofit with a focus on assisting individuals and families who have suffered abroad, and are looking for a fresh start), and works with his wife Lynette in her initiatives to help orphans and sick children in Mexico.
